Sergei is the founder of Guelder Rose Consultants.

He has qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 1993 and has 30 year experience in shipping litigation.

Before establishing this firm, Sergei had worked for two major London shipping practices – Ince & Co and Hill Taylor Dickinson (now Hill Dickinson).
